The social heart.
Kitchen, lounge, dining and welcome area. The spaces for arriving, cooking, gathering and unwinding.
HOUSE MOSES / LAGOS
A residence in light.
A home shaped around everyday life.
Shared spaces to gather.
Quieter rooms to retreat.
House Moses brings a clear architectural identity to a family residence. Across three storeys, warm interiors and sheltered outdoor living create a home with an inviting character. The ground floor brings together the kitchen, lounge, dining and welcome area.
The first floor holds three ensuite bedrooms and a pyjama lounge. The second floor is the master’s retreat, with an ensuite bedroom and a pyjama lounge with a study. Outside, a pool and wooden deck make room for slower days.

A composed exterior.
An inviting life within.
A home that moves from shared living to family privacy, then to a retreat of your own. Three levels, each with a distinct place in daily life.
Kitchen, lounge, dining and welcome area. The spaces for arriving, cooking, gathering and unwinding.
Three ensuite bedrooms and a pyjama lounge. Private rooms brought together around a relaxed family space.
An ensuite bedroom and a pyjama lounge with a study. A private setting for rest, reading and focused work.
Pale framing gives the house definition. Dark screens bring depth and privacy. The entrance opens beneath a timber-toned canopy, drawing the landscape into a transparent threshold.

THE SOCIAL HEARTDining, circulation and living unfold as a connected experience. Oak tones, soft furnishings and generous glazing create rooms that feel open, warm and ready for everyday life.

The kitchen belongs to the ground-floor social heart. Warm timber cabinetry, pale stone and considered lighting give daily routines a quiet sense of occasion.

An ensuite bedroom, a pyjama lounge and a study form the master’s retreat. Artwork, greenery and warm materials bring life to a personal upper-floor setting.

Travertine, walnut tones and softly illuminated mirrors continue the suite’s material story. Twin basins, a bath and a glazed shower create a calm daily ritual.

Reclining seats, surround speakers and layered light create an intimate setting for films and live sport. Another way for the household to gather.

A pool and wooden deck extend daily life into the open air. Water catches the light, timber brings warmth underfoot, and sheltered edges keep outdoor living connected to the rooms within.
